Refund Policy

We would love you to stay however if for any reason you decide to go, we will issue you with a refund. We would appreciate the feedback on what made you request the refund.

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after placing an order you can request a refund. If 14 days have passed, you still can request a cancelation, your service will be cancelled but no refund will be issued.

If you have paid annually or triennially and you want to request a refund, you will have to do so within 14 days of purchase of the full refund, otherwise no refund will be issued but you can still use the service you have paid for should you wish to do so, or you can request cancellation.  

Return is only eligible on the webhosting packages, all domains purchased through are non-refundable.

If you have purchased annual or triennial plan that included a free domain and you decide to request a refund within 14 days, a fee subject to the domain price will be not refunded and it is classified as “the domain fee”.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will issue with a full refund excluding what you have paid for the domain.

If you choose to keep the domain or transfer it to another registrar you are free to do so as the domain price is non refundable and will remain yours for the remaining timeframe.

If you have paid fully for your domain, it will remain under your ownership.
